Sweet Studio Available

We are looking to rent out a private studio apartment in a home on a hill in San Francisco's Excelsior District. The home was built in 1908.

It's a well-kept downstairs "in-law" apartment with private entrance, one medium sized room (10 x 14 ft.) with a beautiful bamboo floor, a step up to a hallway with two closets, a little eat-in kitchen with a small four-burner gas stove and light-tube which brings in natural light and bathroom with shower/bathtub. Included is a small personal outdoor area and access to washer and dryer. Parking is easy.

It's near the intersection of Mission and Silver, in a pleasant residential neighborhood close to Glen Park and Bernal Hill.

Mission MUNI busses are 1.5 blocks from here, and the Glen Park BART station is a twelve-minute walk. Catch the 49 to City College or 14 to downtown. Access to 280 and 101, north or south bound is fast and easy. Commute to S.F. State University is quick. There are great inexpensive produce markets, little restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance.

It's perfect for one person; one cat is ok, smoking is not ok.

The rent is $950 per month with a $1,200 deposit. You'll pay one quarter of PG&E.

We are an artist couple with a kid in college. We'll be living upstairs and working in the adjacent basement artist's studio. A good personality fit is very important to us.

Available after February 1. Email us for more information.
